About
I'm Harshit — a frontend-leaning software engineer out of IIIT Lucknow, five-plus years into building consumer-facing web products for large-scale platforms. I've spent that time on both sides of the stack: React and Next.js up front, Node.js and infra underneath, with a habit of caring more than average about how fast a page actually feels.
Right now I consult independently on web architecture and frontend performance, co-run Airimation — a drone-swarm light-show startup — as Director, and contribute to a government-affiliated research initiative I keep off the public record for now.

Led frontend and full-stack delivery across insurance product lines — architected a distributed policy-issuance engine, owned a savings-rewards program end to end, and built RTO-integrated challan tooling.

Owned performance and checkout experience for a high-traffic grocery platform — rebuilt the checkout flow for speed, shipped a real-time dynamic charges engine, and scaled a rewards program to a large subscriber base.
